The first time we heard of Diana Sirokai was a while back when she spent some of her time recreating shots of Kim Kardashian in her plus-sized style. Now, she is geared up again to recreate another iconic photoshoot, this time Gigi Hadid’s nude photo shoot, with famous fashion photographer Karizza.
Diana uploaded a picture with the caption “I was just wondering how a model my Size would look on this” on Instagram. The photo shows Diana nude apart with a pair of boots, hand across her chest while trying to give a sultry look at the camera. Most people positively commented and supported Diana and her efforts to promote body diversity in the fashion industry. There were discussions between those who embrace a body-positive image like the one Diana promotes, and those who believe that normalizing unhealthy weight gain should not be encouraged. “I wanna tell you that I admire your strength to show yourself to the world and love yourself the way you do. Both of you look beautiful in the pictures,” said one of the user.
