KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Finance on Monday launched Budget Mobile Application in a bid to facilitate people to get information about the annual fiscal budget of the government.

The budget app was launched by Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Krishna Bahadur Mahara. Launching the new mobile application, Mahara said people could easily know details of the budget through the application.
MoF officials said people could also view live streaming of the 2017-18 fiscal budget via Budget Mobile App. People can also give suggestions to the government on budget through the new app, learn different budget publications and view sector-wise allocation of budget and expenditure, according to MoF officials.
