Identities of all the victims of Solukhumbu jeep accident have been confirmed.
They are Kusang Tamang, 31, of Sisire-8 of Udayapur district; Shiva Kumar Yadav, 36, of Sanaikha in Siraha; Shyam Kumar Rai, 40 of Mamkha in Okhaldhunga; Kopila Basnet (Karki), 24 of Kalle-8 in Khotang, Urmila Banstola, 35, and Sushila Khadka, 25, of Necha Salyan-2 in Solukhumbu, according to Police Inspector and Information Officer, Pradhumna Kumar Adhikari.
Similarly, Sushma Khadka, 8, daughter of Yubraj Khadka of Necha Salyan-2 was injured in the incident and her condition is critical, said police. She is receiving treatment at District Hospital, Phaplu.
The accident took place when the jeep (Na 1 Ja 1860) heading toward Salleri from Necha Salyan fell some 1,000 meters off the road nearby Gupteshwor Mahadev Temple, which is located along the border of Tingla and Salyan.
Police confirmed that a total of seven people were travelling in the jeep.

At least seven passengers lost their lives in a jeep accident that took place at Necha Salyan of Solukhumbu.
The Kathmandu-bound jeep (Na 1 Ja 1860) from Necha Salyan met with accident this morning, shared journalist Dilli Sharma from the spot.
One of the passengers sustained critical injury. It was shared that the jeep had eight passengers when the accident took place.
It was reported that the jeep had fallen around 1,000 meters off the road nearby Gupteswor Mahadev Temple which is located along the border of Tingla and Salyan.
According to Police Inspector and Information Officer Pradhumna Adhikari, other details of the accident are yet to be made public.
