With a ton of superheroes in the comic-book world, it’s really hard to choose that “one” favorite. There are many iconic characters but there has to be only one greatest of them all. And that’s Superman. Sure, Wolverine is nice. Even Iron Man and Batman, Flash, even Thor, Hulk, and the list goes on. But there’s something about Superman which makes him stand out from the crowd. The fact that he’s alien, with Kryptonite being his only weakness, is amazing in its own way. So this list, down here, is all about the reasons why this red cape guy is the most amazing superhero we have.
1. Dracula Bite

At some point in the comics, Superman gets bitten by a Dracula and since this Kryptonian drive its power from Sun, Dracula explodes. You can’t even touch him, he’s that amazing.
2. Flying Ability

He has the ability to fly right from his birth. He didn’t get it from a radioactive element or an accident, unlike other superheroes. It came naturally to him.
3. No Equipment
Via
Iron Man needs his suit, Spiderman needs web shooters, Batman needs batarangs and Batmobile, but what does Superman need to show the superhero thing? Just his presence.
4. Survival
Via
He can survive in almost any kind of environment. Earth, space, underground, underwater and even galaxies far far away from us. You name it and he’s there.
5. Boundless
Via
Superman’s powers know no boundaries. He has extraordinary abilities with no limits and can even bend time to his will if he wants.
6. Weakness

You can only take him down if you have Kryptonite ready (like Batman in BvS) and that too, doesn’t exist in this world. Rest assured, he can’t be defeated.
7. Ability To Do Everything

He has super speed, can fire lasers, lift an insane amount of weight, is resistant to any material or weapon, can fly. In short, he can do anything that any other superhero is capable of.
8. Love
Via
Superman love people around him and he also appreciate the love he receives. He has a soft corner for people who understand and care about him. This makes him more human than a superhero.
9. Normal Life

Other than saving the world, our amazing superhero is a completely normal 9-to-5 guy. He has maintained a balanced life.
10. Fewer Enemies

He’s a superhero, of course, he will have enemies but compared to the others, he doesn’t have enough crazy doctors, monsters or alien against him. His only enemy is Lex Luthor, a psychopath who ends up hurting himself.
11. Positivity
Via
Despite Superman having a strict sense of justice and moral code, he learns from his past and tries to move on with it. He also has a positive approach while dealing with a situation.
12. Simple Suit
Via
In spite of being so much powerful, his suit is quite decent and humble. He flaunts that style without even a mask, glittery clothing or shining armor. It’s simple.
